Provisional Local Government Finance Settlement: Consultation response from the District Councils’ Network
In our response to the provisional settlement, we call for on government to review and extend the package of support to leisure services, highlight those additional covid-related pressures yet to receive government support (such as additional costs and lost income for districts with their own council housing), and call for districts to have greater flexibility over council tax.
