Delivery is underpinned by a probing mind, a depth of understanding and pace of delivery, with a clear record of delivering high performance, improved productivity and innovation across a range of different environments,  Local Government, at District and Unitary levels, a national housing provider and as an RAF officer.

Trevor has been a Local Authority Chief Executive for over 14 years and currently chairs the DCN Chief Exec group as well as the MD of the merged staff supporting the councils of Broadland and South Norfolk,
