Luke jointed the DCN in July 2022 and is working to support a number of workstreams including the network’s work on homelessness prevention, green growth, and sustainable finance for districts.  Prior to joining the team, Luke spent 2 years working in Democratic and Electoral Services for Mole Valley District Council, shortly after graduating with a degree in Law and Spanish. At university he spent 4 years running a community cinema, so he is passionate about supporting district art and culture services.
