DCN and Capita announce partnership
The District Councils’ Network is pleased to announce Capita as a new strategic partner. Our partnership will generate new ideas on breaking down silos in local government, transforming local public services and other important issues for DCN councils.
Cllr Sam Chapman-Allen, DCN Chairman, said: “DCN member councils are on a continual quest to innovate and we’re hugely looking forward to working with Capita to help them do this.
“The DCN and Capita are both committed to helping councils. I look forward to some really fascinating themes emerging in our joint programme of work about how to transform councils, drive innovation in our services and make life better in our communities.”
Paul Abraham, Managing Director of Capita Public Service said: “The principles of partnership lie at the heart of effective service transformation. As a strategic partner with the DCN we will catalyse fresh thinking, create new opportunities and find new solutions for the challenges facing district councils.
“This exciting and dynamic new partnership is built on the shared goal of helping local councils to deliver the best possible services for their communities. We are looking forward to continuing to build a close and supportive working relationship with the DCN.”
