Context
Around the country town centres are struggling as commercial centres. District councils are in a central position to lead the adaptation and transformation of town centres into spaces attractive for people to live, work, have fun, relax as well as shop.
The Study Tour was delivered for district leaders who were successful in bidding for High Streets funding and was led by retail expert Bill Grimsey.
